Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location with nearby amenities, friendly and helpful staff, cozy common area, free tea and coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The cleanliness was great, with super clean rooms and nice showers. The beds were super comfy, with plugs and lamps for each bed. The hostel felt safe, with lockers provided and a hotel-like vibe. The communal area and kitchen were always busy but kept tidy. The location was convenient, close to public transport and a large mall with an excellent supermarket. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the staff at My Hostel were extremely friendly and hospitable, and they spoke fluent English. the hostel itself was brand new and well-designed, with attention to every detail. the cleanliness was exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and clean. I particularly liked that the hostel had a common area where guests could socialize, as well as a kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee. the location was perfect, with a cable car and a large shopping mall just a short walk away. I will definitely be back!

I stayed for one night in the dorm room with 5 other people. The room, although without a window, was clean and nicely designed. The hostel had a great location and was popular among local travelers. The price was affordable considering the condition and location. I had a pleasant 2-night stay in a private room with twin beds. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting a good night's sleep. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the staff was caring and friendly. Highly recommend My Hostel for short and long-term stays.

The room was absolutely fantastic! It made me feel right at home with its cozy and welcoming decor. The 24-hour room service was a great convenience, and the air conditioning kept me comfortable throughout my stay. The free WiFi was a bonus too, allowing me to stay connected with ease. I also appreciated having a safe in the room to keep my valuables secure. a wonderful experience!

Although the room had all the necessary comforts, I personally didn't find the microwave very useful. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might find it handy.

I always stay at this hostel. Staff helped with my old parents. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Laundry, Hiking. City trip!

Everything is what i need and want.

The location is perfect, as it is right next to the bus station and close to a large mall with an excellent supermarket. it is in the heart of the city, near the Dostyk plaza. the rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable with curtains for privacy.

The cleanliness of the beds is questionable, with reports of dirty mattresses and stained sheets.

We were blown away by My Hostel. the facilities were top-notch, with modern and stylish decor. the attention to detail was great, like providing two blankets in the double room. the common area was also beautiful and welcoming. the staff went above and beyond when the air conditioning went out, quickly moving us to another room to make sure we were comfortable. Their English was good and they were always ready to help with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this hostel.

The hostel offered a clean and nice environment, which was perfect for my New Year's stay. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my holiday. Additionally, the hostel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city and access various attractions.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. the lack of natural light in the double room I stayed in was a bit disappointing.
